Getting To Know Our 8th District Police Officers

The following three members of the NOPD used to belong to the 8th District Task Force, which is a special group of some ten or more Officers who work proactively out in the community. Like other Officers they do handle calls for service when there is a backlog, but otherwise they are assigned to patrol hot spots and handle narcotics investigations, which often entail street corner busts and surveillance operations.  They are all carefully chosen to work in this capacity. They are highly motivated.
